Gilly Arbuckle

Gilly Arbuckle B.Ost qualified from the University College of Osteopathy in 2008. Gilly is a member of the British Osteopathic Association and is regulated and certified by the General Osteopathic Council.

Gilly found an interest in Osteopathy after receiving treatment for a back injury sustained whilst caring for a man with cerebral palsy. Gilly studied anatomy/physiology and holistic massage. Having practised massage for several years, Gilly was frustrated at being unable to affect a lasting change in his client's conditions. That's why he studied for an Osteopathic degree.

His interests are sports and dance-related injuries. The British Association of Osteopaths published his research paper on Transversus Abdominis and walking habits online. The subject deals with the second most reason for absenteeism in the workplace: back pain.
